Shipping & Returns

Currently, we ONLY ship within the United States.

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

Processing Time: Please allow for 5 to 10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your order to be processed and packaged. For urgent orders, please contact us via email 

Delivery Time: Depending on which shipping method you choose, delivery can take between 3-5 business days or 5-8 business days. Weather and state of emergencies may also impact delivery times. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive another email with a tracking code. Once your order leaves our facility, we rely on the postal service to deliver your package. Grubs4Pups LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If a package comes back to our company and listed as "Return To Sender" due to an incorrect address or missing information (ex. apartment number or street number), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our treats and recipes are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if we have sent the wrong item or an item is damaged before leaving our facility, we may issue a refund. If this happens, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery and with your order number and photo of the items condition.
